SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that some products are pre-sale items (read below).  There are also a number of items in production, these products have a ship date specified.  Currently pre-sale items can only be shipped within the United States.  If you are located outside the United States and would like to purchase a pre-sale item please email us at info@estaine.com.  You can always back ÉSTAINE efforts here.

Turnaround

The Fiore Ties, Sunburst Scarves, Ladies Lux Tees, Pocket Squares, Healing Wreath Scarf are currently in stock.  These products are shipped the next business day.  All other products are pre-sale items.  Please visit this page for updates or sign up for our newsletter. 

Items that do not have a specified ship date will initiate shipping 3 months after meeting the pre-sale manufacturing minimum.  ÉSTAINE must reach its pre-sale goal to initiate manufacturing.  If a goal is not reached by Dec. 2015 you will be given a refund.  You will have the choice of a full refund or a refund less the percent donation you elect to give to a beneficiary of choice.  

ÉSTAINE will update on the status of pre-sales and manufacturing via newsletters, email and/or on website.

We appreciate your flexibility on the turnaround of your pre-sale order. Your pre-sale purchase not only supports non-profit organizations fighting the war on cancer, but also helps ÉSTAINE to grow and in turn to support more cancer focused causes.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your product is a flat rate per product.  It is not based on the weight of your products, and your location.  Before the final checkout page you will be shown the total cost of all products purchased and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
